2. Meeting – 90 min
We charge $297 for the initial consultation.
It will include: meeting at your space, discussing your project, furniture pieces needed, the budget, design dilemmas and solutions. You will be e-mailed a design questionnaire prior to meeting.
3. Planning & Budget
Design fees are estimated and a retainer is required to start the design process. Once the retainer is paid we start the first step of the design process. We create a floorpan, determine your budget and establish timeline.
4. Selections & Pricing
We present furniture, fabric, art and accessory options for your approval. In this presentation, you will be given options and the opportunity to see how your project will look all together. Once you approve of your selections, we will provide you with pricing that aligns with your original budget.
5. Deposit & Order
You provide a furnishings deposit, and we place your furnishings order.
We require a full payment upfront for all purchases.
6. Delivery & Installation
Our design team oversees the deliveries, placement and installation for your home.
The final balance is due before the installation.
7. Follow up & Photoshoot
We will follow up with you after the installation to make sure that you are 100% happy and satisfied with your new space. Any adjustments will be made with 30 days after the installation.
A photo shoot is scheduled 60-120 days after your project is finished.
